Opcodia collects as little personal data as possible, and never sells it. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the rights you have over it — including the rights granted by the GDPR to visitors in the European Union.

2. What we collect, and why
Contact and quote forms
- Data: name, email, phone (optional), company (optional), project details you choose to share.
- Purpose: answering your request and preparing a proposal. Legal basis (GDPR): pre-contractual measures (art. 6.1.b).
- Retention: 3 years after last contact, then deleted.
Analytics
- We use Vercel Analytics — cookieless, aggregated, no cross-site tracking, no advertising identifiers.
3. Where your data lives
Form submissions are stored with Supabase Inc. in the eu-west-3 (Paris) region (European Union). The site is served by Vercel Inc. from a global edge network. Transactional email is delivered by Resend.
4. Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or portability of your data, and object to or restrict its processing, by writing to contact@opcodia.com. If you are in the EU, you may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (for France: CNIL).
5. What we don't do
- No sale or rental of personal data — to anyone, ever.
- No advertising trackers, no third-party ad cookies.
- No automated decision-making producing legal effects.
